BARAKAH WATCHES — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Barakah Watches, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple return process subject to the conditions below.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original box, packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
  • The product must not have any scratches, damage or signs of use.
  • Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/video of the package and product.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • The watch shows scratches or physical damage.
  • Original packaging/accessories are missing.
  • The return request is made after 7 days.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or mutually agreed method.

Important: Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
